Strength & Confidence Transformation
Wanted a stronger, leaner physique and a training plan he could stay consistent with.
Balancing busy routine, nutrition habits, and training without burning out.
Structured strength training with progressive overload, plus a nutrition plan built around his lifestyle and preferences.
Visible progress, improved strength, and the confidence that comes from staying accountable to the process.
When Stas started, his goal was clear: feel stronger, look leaner, and build habits he could maintain long term. We structured his training around strength work he could progress week after week, rather than random workouts that were hard to stick to.
Nutrition was part of the plan from the start. We reviewed what he was already eating, kept the foods he enjoyed where possible, and built a simple structure that supported his goals without making daily life harder.
The photos tell the story, but the biggest change was consistency. Stas stayed committed, trusted the process, and is still building a transformation he is proud of.

Strength Control Upgrade: 28% to 15% body fat
Already gym-active, but without clear programming, progression, or split strategy.
He could barely perform a proper push-up. Wrist mobility and elbow mechanics held him back, and pull-ups were out of reach.
We took it step by step, building movement quality, wrist and elbow mobility, and structured training three times per week.
50 consecutive push-ups, major pull-up progress, better lift control, and body fat down from 28% to 15% while staying lean.
Before joining the programme, Waseem was already a consistent gym-goer. He had made positive lifestyle changes, but lacked guidance on workout programming, muscle group splits, progression, and overall training strategy. He looked fit on the surface, yet could barely perform a proper push-up because of wrist mobility limits and difficulty using his elbows efficiently.
Through a patient, step by step approach, we gradually rebuilt his strength, mobility, and confidence. Today he can perform 50 push-ups in a row. He also could not perform a standard pull-up when we started. Now he can tackle exercises that once seemed impossible. One of the biggest improvements has been his body control during strength training. His movement patterns, technique, coordination, and strength across all lifts are on another level.
When Waseem joined, he was around 28% body fat. He is now at 15% while maintaining muscle and staying lean through structured nutrition and training. We currently train three times per week, and the journey is still active. There is even more progress ahead.

Total Health Restart: 121 kg to 82 kg and still going
121 kg with approximately 60% body fat and very little muscle mass on initial analysis.
Building sustainable habits around training, nutrition, and daily movement without burning out.
Strength training two to three times per week, a personalised nutrition plan in a healthy calorie deficit, and a daily target of 15,000 steps.
Progress was visible from the first check-in. He is now 82 kg with significant fat loss and noticeable muscle gain, and the journey continues.
Amer began the programme at 121 kg. When we completed his initial body composition analysis, his body fat percentage was around 60%, with very little muscle mass present. We began a structured programme that combined strength training with a personalised nutrition plan designed to keep him in a healthy calorie deficit. No crash dieting, just a sustainable approach he could stick to.
Alongside his workouts, we focused on a daily target of 15,000 steps and training consistently two to three times per week. The results started showing from the very first check-in. Today he has reduced his weight to 82 kg and is still progressing.
His body composition has changed significantly. He has lost a substantial amount of body fat and built noticeable muscle mass along the way. This transformation is proof that consistency, proper training, and a well structured nutrition plan can deliver incredible results. We are not finished yet. The journey continues, and we are pushing for even greater results.
"Every check-in showed progress, and that kept me committed."
